'I have the worst neighbors': Guy gets even with noisy kids next door by playing circus music incessantly until they stop

It's easy to forgive children for being noisy every once in a while, but when it's all day every day, at a certain point one's patience will expire. 

This dude was dealing with a plethora of issues regarding his next-door neighbor's behavior. First of all, the parents do not treat their kids well. In fact, it's quite clear that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree in that department. Second of all, the kids are regularly singing and screaming at the top of their lungs at 2 am on weeknights, they're neglecting their poor dog, and trying to reason with them has proven to be nearly impossible. So, the only way to get these little miscreants to stop would only come with matching their energy. Hence, the choice to play incessant circus music that would annoy just about anyone.

    At first they laughed, but after the 8th time on repeat they start to make loud comments how it doesn't get to them. Now their visitors always leave these people.

    They told me that they have been living here for 10 years and every person that lived here before me has complained about their behavior, but it's not them it's the people that live here. 9. They their dog, one time left the poor doggy in a empty pool when it was 30+ celcius. The dog is always left in the back yard crying.

    Called the authorities multiple times but no one is willing to do anything. 10. They mentally their children, which is really depressing especially since they are loud and I hear everything.

I have found some great experimental music that uses garbage cans lid for percussions and waiting for the terrasse to fill with customers to introduce them to this genre of music-planning on all windows wide open and music blaring.     4 hr. ago the lady below me is pregnant every other year, and every one of them in the last ten years has reached a phase where they stand in the courtyard and yell MAMA! MAMA! MAMA! for 15 minutes straight. She's pregnant again.
